SAVE THE DATE 24 JANUARY: THE SEMINAR ON RESPONSIBLE TOURISM WILL HOLD AT FITUR 2014

One more year CETR-Spanish Center for Responsible Tourism and AEPT Spanish-Association of Tourism Professionals, will hold at FITUR 2014 the Seminar on Responsible Tourism, which is a traditional event in FITUR and this year reaches its 6th edition.

We would like you to make a space in your agenda, since this year we are addressing a key issue which is the marketing and commercialization of Responsible Tourism. Far beyond its philosophy and concepts, Responsible Tourism needs for its survival to reinforce the essential pillar of economic sustainability, and for this aim there could be nothing better than talking to those who have experience trading in the environment of a competitive and changing tourism market.

The novelty of this year is the presence of Nicaragua as a guest country, known for its efforts to develop a  sustainable and responsible tourism. After the welcome message by the CETR and AEPT, José María de Juan (CETR) along with the representatives of the tour operators Agrotravel, Rutas Pangea and TOPS Nicaragua,  will introduce the theme and will keep on moderating the  event.

Following our tradition, after the presentations and debate, the event will be continued with a networking cocktail to contribute to build network among the professionals and thus consolidating responsible tourism in Spain and in the world.

Later we will send you the detailed program of the event. Also, we would like to remind you of the relevance of this meeting, so as to start a new year with full energy; we will remind you as well other key activities in which we participate at FITUR 2014.
